2026 Call for Speakers and Programs

INTRODUCTION
The South Carolina Apartment Association (SCAA) invites educators, industry professionals, supplier partners, and thought leaders to submit proposals for educational programs to be featured in our upcoming 2026 Education & Advocacy Conference in May in Columbia, SC. This event brings together a diverse audience committed to learning, innovation, and excellence in the field of rental housing across the state and region.

This conference is a platform for sharing insights, strategies, and tools that empower participants to achieve their goals and have a meaningful impact on South Carolina’s rental housing market.

We are seeking dynamic, engaging, and innovative programs that align with the overall mission of the SCAA and its affiliates.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Please click on this hyperlink here and complete the SCAA Program Submission form by providing the following information:

1) Title: A concise and engaging title for your program.

2) Abstract: A 250-word summary outlining your program’s objectives, target audience (Leasing, Maintenance, Operations), and key takeaways.

3) Format: Specify whether your program is a workshop, seminar, panel discussion, or interactive activity.

4) Presenter(s): Include the name(s), head shot, biography, and contact information of all presenters.

5) Duration: Should not exceed 45 minutes in length.

6) Technical Needs: Specify any audiovisual or other technical requirements.

7) Compensation and Travel Requirements: Please specify your fee and any travel related cost with you attending our event.
